Oli Son Catiu, extra virgin Olive oil D.O.

From a "Coupage" of olives varieties Picual and Arbequina, is made this Olive Oil in the "Almazara" Son Catiu. The Olive Oil production remains by mechanical processes during which the oil is not heated over 27 °. A soft oil, nuances of green grass and ripe tomatoes aroma. Ideal for any salad and meat or fish roast. Awarded with the Designation of Origin "Oli de Mallorca".
